Horst Münch – 1951 in Nürnberg geboren, 1975 bis 1980 Schüler von Alfonso Hüppi an der Kunstakademie Düsseldorf und seit 1982 in Köln ansässig – versucht die Balance zu halten zwischen Gegenstandslosigkeit und Realismus. Die “New York” Installationen stehen im direkten Zusammenhang mit Horst Münch.
